Jitbaj Terms and Conditions — Know Before You Play

01 Eligibility and Registration

To register and use the jitbaj platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet all of these conditions and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online betting and casino games in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a jitbaj employee.
• You must not have a previously suspended or terminated jitbaj account.

During registration, you are required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, and a phone number. This information is used to verify your identity and process payments. Providing false information during registration is a violation of these terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

Jitbaj reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions until verification is complete.

02 Account Rules

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on jitbaj. This rule exists to ensure fair access to promotions and to prevent abuse of the bonus system. If you have forgotten your login details, use the password recovery option rather than creating a new account.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone.
• You must notify jitbaj support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Your account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account to another person.
• Account balances cannot be transferred between players.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials.

Jitbaj strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. This adds an extra layer of security and significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access. 2FA can be enabled from your account security settings at any time.

Jitbaj reserves the right to close accounts that show signs of fraudulent activity, collusion, or any behaviour that undermines the integrity of the platform. In such cases, any pending withdrawals may be withheld pending investigation.

03 Deposits and Withdrawals

Jitbaj supports local payment methods that work for players in Bangladesh. Deposits and withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100.
• Deposits are credited to your account instantly in most cases.
• Jitbaj does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible.
• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Verified accounts typically receive withdrawals within a few hours during business hours.
• Jitbaj reserves the right to request additional verification before processing large withdrawals.
• Withdrawals of bonus winnings are subject to the wagering requirements of the relevant promotion.

04 Bonuses and Promotions

Jitbaj offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the promotion details, as well as the general bonus rules outlined here.

• Bonuses are credited to your account automatically or upon request, depending on the promotion type.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements are calculated based on the bonus amount unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Unused bonuses and any associated winnings will be forfeited after expiry.
• Only one bonus can be active at a time unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Jitbaj reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.

Jitbaj monitors bonus usage patterns. If a player's betting behaviour suggests they are exploiting bonuses — for example, by placing low-risk bets solely to meet wagering requirements — jitbaj reserves the right to void the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

05 Games and Fair Play

All games available on jitbaj use certified random number generators (RNGs) that have been independently audited. This means every spin, card draw, dice roll, and game outcome is genuinely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by the platform or any third party.

• RTP (Return to Player) percentages are accurate and available for each game before you play.
• Jitbaj does not alter game outcomes or RTP figures after a game session has started.
• In the event of a game malfunction or technical error, the affected round will be voided and stakes returned.
• Bets placed during a confirmed technical fault are not valid and will not be paid out.
• Players must not use any software, tool, or method designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Collusion between players in live games is strictly prohibited.

06 Responsible Gaming

Jitbaj is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide tools that help players stay in control of their activity on the platform. These tools are available to all players at any time and can be accessed from your account settings.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account if you feel you need to stop playing entirely.
• Reality Checks: Regular pop-up reminders showing how long you have been playing and your net result for the session.

If you choose to self-exclude, jitbaj will close your account and make reasonable efforts to prevent you from opening a new one. 07 Account Suspension and Termination

Jitbaj reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its discretion. Common reasons for account action include, but are not limited to:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or promotions.
• Using software or tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in fraudulent payment activity, including chargebacks.
• Collusion with other players or any form of match-fixing.
• Threatening or abusive behaviour toward support staff or other players.
• Breach of any section of these terms and conditions.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, jitbaj will aim to complete the review within 14 days. If the investigation concludes that a breach occurred, the account may be permanently closed and any balance forfeited. If no breach is found, the account will be reinstated and any withheld funds released.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily can do so by contacting support. Any remaining balance at the time of voluntary closure will be processed as a withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to standard withdrawal conditions.

08 Liability and Disputes

Jitbaj provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain uptime and reliability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Jitbaj is not liable for losses resulting from platform downtime, internet connectivity issues on the player's side, or device-related problems.

• Jitbaj's liability to any player is limited to the amount of funds held in that player's account at the time of the relevant event.
• Jitbaj is not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.
• Jitbaj is not liable for losses resulting from a player's failure to follow these terms.

Dispute Resolution:
